In order to return your products, send an e-mail to sales@stylereplicabags.com and we will forward a return address and RMA #.
Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached and original packing. We will not accept returns without a RMA #.
We will not accept orders that are returned to sender. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. Once received 15% restock will be applied, and the money will be returned to the credit card , or in case of exchange, a new item will be shipped out.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt.
